    not working

Working on a Panasonic DP 8035. The issue at hand is that it is not recognizing tray 3. I am not familiar with this unit, so any help I can get will be greatly appreciated.

    Re: not working

Most of the time this is usually caused by a piece of paper behind the tray. You can remove the tray by removing two brackets. One on each side mounted to the frame, can't miss them.

Another thing to check is F5-16. This is the setting for paper size for tray 3. It can be set to "none", which can cause this as well.

You can swap tray 2 & 3 to eliminate the tray.

Let us know if you get it or not.
