    touch panel

    Working on a DP 8045, need to know how to do a touch panel reset or calibration on it. Thanks in advance for the help.

    Here's a scanned page from the service manual for the previous models to the 80 series. The procedure is still the same for the 8045.

    SB-14-TouchPanel_Change_(M-0226i)__DP-8060Series.pdfFYI- clean the LCD with a lightly damp soft cloth with water. Also, there is a bulletin on the LCD. Hopefully you won't need it. You can tell if the LCD is old or new style by the connector. New has a white end.
