We ended up replacing the entire fuser and developer. However when the machine was turned back on, the toner on the center of the page is able to be wiped off with little to no effort. The toner near the edges of the page, however, is fused properly and does not come off. Decided to come back to the office to try to figure this out, and just got another call from them saying the paper is jamming in the fuser again. Anyone have any ideas on what may be happening in this machine? I don't know where to go from here. Thanks in advance!
