Panasonic DPC405 Jam right after exiting the Fusing Unit (usually first copy out)
Paper is getting jammed right after the fuser. Customer says usually the first copy out, then after that everything is fine. F9 history shows J40. Replaced fuser, still intermittent jamming. Any suggestions?

Re: Panasonic DPC405 Jam right after exiting the Fusing Unit (usually first copy out)
Hi, I realise this is an old thread now, but im wondering if you managed to sort this issue out, Im having the exact same problem, it jams once first thing in the morning, then runs fine all day long until the next morning, then the same again, coming up with j40, replaced the fuser but still no change.
Any ideas appreciated.
cheers

I also saw this old thread and if memory serves me we ended up replacing the fuser drive unit .

Use a older fuser drive motor used in dpc262 or dpc264.
Also use a older fuser motor cable
