Post DP-C405 Touch Panel Not Working

The touch pad on the control panel has stopped work but all other functions seem to work properly. I can only test some diagnostic modes as many require touch pad input to activate. The LCD calibration sequence returns an error – something about the SD Firmware update was not successful. A firmware SD Memory Card is not installed on main SC board.

I think I need to just replace the touch input pad on the LCD Control Panel. Can anyone confirm the part numbers below are correct for the DP-C405 and that replacing just this part should work?

    Thanks.

Yes. The touch panel not working is very common. Just replace it and calibrate if necessary. Turn the machine off in the back, hold the energy save and copy (the button that says "copy" on it) and wait for the little X's to show up.
