"Electronic Module" is a pretty vague term. Can you be more specific or do you have a part number?

RE: electronic module for hp designjet 3800cp

You are absolutely right(should've explain more) I am not really a hp tech but The electronic module from what I understand is the main board and power supply with a fan. I am getting a 010035-0200000 code on the panel, the service manual says to replace the electronic module. I would think that replacing the main board would probably fix the problem, but I was just going by waht the manual says to make sure. Ever had this problem before ? Any help is surely appreciated

Hello Das8165, sorry to be getting into the thread so late. Do you still need that electronics module?

    Hello,

I thought that I might have the electronics module. However, from the manual I have found, it appears that the one you need is not the same as the one I have. Do you have the part number for the electronics module? Also, have you tried re-seating all of the electrical connectors attached to the electronics module? Sometimes that will take care of odd electronic problems.
