Ummmm, Ricoh? They should have everything you'll need. But are you looking for something specific?

yeah ricoh has parts...but they take too long...need some faster delivery times, etc.

Really? Our orders come out of CA and we usually get our orders in 3-5 days standard ground shipping. Overnight and 2 day is available too.

What are you looking for? There are several aftermarket parts suppliers, however this is a new product and might not be available yet.

    standard stuff

pretty standard items...such as drums, fuser components...etc...

when there is an item that is not in stock...it takes almost 2 weeks to get.

Except for items that are discontinued items, we use OE consumables. I haven't looked for this model, but we use Katun for photoconductors we can't get from the manufacturer anymore.

Just a suggestion, but you might want to stock more items than you currently are. If you use it, OMD has an auto restock feature that reminds you to re order when you run the report. Usually they get used in bunches, I know.
