Where the heck is my spring hook?
It's not a copier, but we all have one.

No pictures, but we had a Canon NP6060 ride on it's back strapped to a palette, in the back of a semi tractor trailer, from Florida (about 1000 miles). When it arrived the customers request sounded a little odd at first. They wanted to know how to stand it up. When I arrived the bands were still cutting into the document feeder. We used a handy fork lift and 2" straps to lift it back onto it's wheels. When it all settled we noticed the coin sized bits of green stuff trickling out.
If you've ever been in the back of a NP6060 the entire back of the machine is ... Ok, was covered with circuit boards. The largest pieces were the size of a 25 cent piece. You could have bought the whole machine new 3x over for the price of the boards. I recovered most of the imaging unit and fuser, the feed unit of the DF, and the paper trays. The rest was unrecognizable as a copier. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Sorry about that. I have had the new kitten all over me and my laptop trying to help me post. Can't find the pic of a lizard under the original glass that I ment to be in that post. For this to be my wife's new cat, she sure stays up my ass. Also the dozen or so scratches on my hands are a reminder that cats and kittens don't like baths. Another thing I learned is that when the kitten has not long been weened from mom, It is best to wear a shirt when she is on your chest. She has teeth, knows what a nipple is and that shit hurts.
Edit, I found the pic that was missing from that post, in case you were wondering what the hell I was talking about.
