All those machines we just picked up from a school district. Installed new ones and those were on way back to shop to go back to Konica Minolta.

"Hey sweetie, watch this. I'll cut off that guy in the red truck with a ton of copiers in the back. It will be fun. Just watch!" =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

But when you put the insurance claim in they suddenly morph into brand new copiers that were on their way to be delivered to the customer...............

When driving is a big part of your job, shit will happen. I have been in 6 while on the job, well the time I totaled my truck, I wasn't in it. I never get credit for the 3 or 4 a week that I avoid.
