Now I regret throwing out those old units.

Anyone else out there playing with Arduino?
Took me 2 weeks straight to get a bootloader onto a blank chip.
Well at least I know how to use avrdude and all about FUSE bits and stuff.
Got a batch of Atmel ATmega 328P with non standard fuse bit settings.
That will keep u busy for a while.
Very frustrating if all the YouTube clips shows how easy it is and i just cant seem to get it to work.
Whatever
Hi all
Has anybody built or have full plans for Claude Shannon's Ultimate Machine ?? I'm sure most ,if not all parts can be salvaged from almost any copier.
Thanks
Geo
Sure there is an NE555 in there.
Whatever
Love this version.

Well this was sparked by BC's tester reply...
Here is some vids of me playing with copier motors.
Those brushless motors are potent it provides a feed back to maintain constant speed thru a MCU.
All coded on a Fiery...

Hi...i would like to share my stuff also. I made an automated tea infuser. It uses the two Canon primary wire cleaner motors and two DPST switches to drive Mita lens reduction gears. It drops the mechanism into two teacups then cycles once per second vertically 40mm. I wanted to be able to preset a timer in which the machine would retract from the cups, but never did figure that part out.
