I am changing laptops and want to move my CTN account to the new device. Of course I don't know my current CTN password as I just checked "remember me" years ago. I have been unsuccessful in retrieving the "reset password" link using CTN's automated tool I ( I have requested the reset email at least 5 times and it never shows up on my inbox although CTN states link has been sent). I have been through junk, spam, and can't seem to go forward with the problem. I have emailed the CTN admin but no response. Any ideas? TIA Emujo
