    CTN Account Password

    I am changing laptops and want to move my CTN account to the new device. Of course I don't know my current CTN password as I just checked "remember me" years ago. I have been unsuccessful in retrieving the "reset password" link using CTN's automated tool I ( I have requested the reset email at least 5 times and it never shows up on my inbox although CTN states link has been sent). I have been through junk, spam, and can't seem to go forward with the problem. I have emailed the CTN admin but no response. Any ideas? TIA Emujo

    If you still have the old laotop and it is still operational, you can recover your password from it. From Firefox use Tools - Options - Security - Saved Logins.

    No help, I am going from IE10 to MS Edge. Added the registry key "Storage2" and its contents, but no joy. Still have not heard from the moderator, or received a reset password email. Any other thoughts? Emujo
