We had a grocery store chain account with Canon NP2120's. I'll readily admit that these copiers were jammomatics, but they didn't deserve having the op panel punched through every visit. It probably didn't help that the machines were placed in an entryway with automatic doors on each end, so that in the winter the temperature varied from 35F to 60F, and in the summer 75F to 90F. It was normal to be standing in 3" of snow or getting drizzled on while servicing the machine. And the machine got a steady bashing with grocery carts.
Also, a creative set of endusers managed to drop coins in every crevice on the machine. The coins in the op panel shorted out what was left of the PCB. The coins in the manual feed scratched the drum. I'd recover $5 or more of coins jammed in the body of the machine each visit. It never came close to covering the cost of the op panels. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
