    Hi there!

Ha..saw the thread and that song jumped into my head..lol Who would be crazy enough to work in a 9 degree environment? Is this MFP is a meat locker? Emujo

If you don't see your question answered in the forum, please don't think it's OK to PM me for a personal reply...I do not give out firmware and/or manuals.

Please tell me that it's 9 degrees Celcius!

That's only 48.2 degrees Farenenheit, but still cold. Brrrrrrrrr.

So, just when is this "old enough to know better" thing supposed to kick in?

    You snicker.

Years ago, one of my biggest accounts was a frozen food company.

Most of their machines were in nice warm offices, but some, let's just say, were not.

Good think it was back in the day of the good 'old analog machines; I think anything digital would have revolted.

What song were you thinking, anyway?

Once had a account that was typically cold, but on monday morning if you were in there you could cut glass with your nipples. I used to bypass the door and let the fuser heat up when I first got there on a monday morning call. Amazingly, the clc worked great there, would have thought there would have been more issue, probably only because it had a heavy duty cycle.

    And you betted correctly!
    It's a Ricoh Pro 1107EX and it's 9 Celsius.
That photo was taken at 10AM but on these winter days it stays like that pretty much all day long.
It's not a meat locker. It's the main room of a graphic store.

I freeze with the aircon on 18c... Would never survive there! Living in a coastal town in sunny South Africa, one really becomes unfamiliar with the cold :^)
