President Trump didn't just take credit for the booming stock market. He outright cheered it to go "up, up, and up."

And in a very short period of time it most likely will go back up. Right now you have a lot of people selling to take their profits out. Once it bottoms out somewhere above the level where they originally bought in, they will start buying back in and the market will once again go up. By this time next year it will have once again set new high will once again see a major profit taking correction.

This is my greatest fear for the USA. If China, the largest buyer of US debt, ever decides to stop buying US Treasury debt, the US economy will tank and probably the global economy shortly thereafter.

China itself is now way deep in debt but it's largest trading partner is the USA.

I am not a budget deficit hawk but the level of US debt is getting scary and President Trump "aka the King of debt" is adding fuel to the fire. Witness the recent tax reform program which will add up to $1.7 trillion dollars in debt over ten years. The recent permanent corporate tax cuts from 35% to 21% reduce revenues to the Treasury but help make America corporation more competitive.

A lot of hopes are pinned on the USA being able to grow the economy out of debt. With the recent historical 1,100 point DOW drop, high levels of growth are not guaranteed.

Between 2016 and 2027 US debt is expected to grow from $16B to $30B.

Trump can be in office no later than 2020 or 2024. Something major is going to blow up with debt by the year 2030. The game of musical chairs with regards to debt is going to end with either this President or the next.

“I’m going to surround myself only with the best and most serious people. We want top of the line professionals.” So said Donald Trump during the campaign. And yet the turnover in his administration in its first year is double that of the next highest recent president.


President Donald Trump’s first year in office has seen a record number of staff turnover, with 34 percent of the administration resigning, being reassigned or being fired.


The high level of staff turnover, detailed in a Wall Street Journal report Thursday, is unprecedented in the last 40 years, and is especially unusual given the seniority of the staffers who have left the White House.

None of this should be surprising. Trump doesn’t have the first clue what he’s doing, much less what those he hires should be doing. He doesn’t hire the best, he hires those with the most name recognition or the ones who flatter his insatiable ego the most. It’s amateur hour, from the top down.

It is just one more case of trump trying to con people out of their money. This time he go caught.

Those real estate schools were all the rage for a while. Actually, there about 5000 different 'schools' with get rich schemes. Donald Trump apparently owned one. I wonder if it's something he actually started and participated in or if it was just part of the company. A lot of real estate giants would make a lot of money from the real estate, then as almost an afterthought, start a school showing other people how to do it.

I used to be a copywriter, and I wrote advertisements for a lot of such companies.

The thing is, for most of them anyway, if someone followed their plan exactly as they presented it, they would make a lot of money. But most people didn't follow the plan, and they got zilch.
