13 Russian Nationals Indicted For Interfering With U.S. Elections


Thirteen Russian nationals and three Russian entities were indicted on Friday, “accused of violating U.S. criminal laws in order to interfere with U.S. elections and political processes,” according to the special counsel’s office.


1. The United States of America, through its departments and agencies, regulates the activities
of foreign individuals and entities in and affecting the United States in order to prevent, disclose,
and counteract improper foreign infuence on US. elections and on the US. political system. US.
law bans foreign nationals from making certain expenditures or financial disbursements for the
purpose of infuencing federal elections. US. law also bars agents of any foreign entity from
engaging in political activities within the United States without first registering with the Attorney
General. And US. law requires certain foreign nationals seeking entry to the United States to
obtain a visa by providing truthful and accurate information to the government. Various federal
agencies, including the Federal Election Commission, the US. Department of Justice, and the US.
Department of State, are charged with enforcing these laws.




2. Defendant INTERNET RESEARCH AGENCY LLC is a Russian
organization engaged in operations to interfere with elections and political processes. Defendants
MIKHAIL IVANOVICH MIKHAIL LEONIDOVICH BURCHIK, ALEKSANDRA
YURYEVNA KRYLOVA, ANNA VLADISLAVOVNA BOGACHEVA, SERGEY PAVLOVICH
POLOZOV, MARIA ANATOLYEVNA BOVDA, ROBERT SERGEYEVICH BOVDA,
DZHEYKHUN NASIMI OGLY ASLANOV, VADIM VLADIMIROVICH PODKOPAEV, GLEB
IGOREVICH VASILCHENKO, IRINA VIKTOROVNA KAVERZINA, and VLADIMIR
VENKOV worked in various capacities to carry out Defendant interference
operations targeting the United States. From in or around 2014 to the present, Defendants


knowingly and intentionally conspired with each other (and with persons known and unknown to the Grand Jury) to defraud the United States by impairing, obstructing, and defeating the lawfulfunctions of the government through fraud and deceit for the purpose of interfering with the US.

And even if it was in place, the Florida shooter would have still been able to purchase a weapon. He was not on any list of the mentally unfit. Under the law as it existed before Obama-era regulation would have been sufficient had school authorities report him as mentally unstable.

A little more information, it seems that the FBI dropped the ball. From the link I am posting "On January 5, 2018, a person close to Nikolas Cruz contacted the FBI’s Public Access Line (PAL) tipline to report concerns about him." Also " Under established protocols, the information provided by the caller should have been assessed as a potential threat to life. The information then should have been forwarded to the FBI Miami Field Office, where appropriate investigative steps would have been taken." It was not forwarded to the Miami Field Office. Based on similar FBI investigation the Shooting would have never happened if established protocols had been followed. Instead sometime in January Cruz would have been placed on the FBI list of those not eligible to posses weapons, a search warrant would have been issued, all weapons he currently owned would have been confiscated and he would have been arrested.

Obviously you have not listened to the Fox video of Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein. Under Federal law, neither the Special investigator nor the FBI can indict. They can only submit their recommendations to either the Attorney Generals Office or to the Grand Jury. The Attorney Generals Office issued the actual indictments. When the cases come to trial, if ever since most of the individuals are no longer in the US, Mueller may be assigned as the prosecutor since he is familiar with the evidence or some other senior prosecutor with the Attorney Generals Office could be assigned. It is still under the auspices of the Attorney General.

I find it interesting that after nearly a year of trying to find anything against President Trump, all they come up with is a failure of the Obama administration to identify foreign operatives in the US using false identities.

Dems to Trump: Still think Russia investigation is a ‘hoax’?






Democrats lashed out Friday at President Donald Trump after the investigation he has called a "hoax" and a "witch hunt" resulted in the indictment of 13 Russian nationals on charges of interfering in the 2016 election.


"For all of those who have been asking, 'where is the evidence of a crime?' — this is it. This is the criminal conspiracy," Rep. Elijah Cummings of Maryland, the top Democrat on the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, said in a statement. "Today's indictments show precisely how the Russians worked to help the Trump campaign, in startling and extensive detail."

I never thought that Donald Trump was not a true American patriot. Why else would he run for President?

I am worried that the mystery of the alleged money trail linking Donald Trump to Russia for some big loans is the next shoe to drop. Who knows how these loans influenced him?
