Re: How Russia hacked the Democrats email

    Ha ha.

Mueller indicted a bunch of Russians, and now that one of the Russian's decided to answer the charges he's back-peddling... because he doesn't have any evidence and he's gonna look like the corrupted fool he is. And it's odd how the FBI can claim Russia hacked a server that they never even inspected. How the hell could the FBI know who hacked the sever without inspecting it?

And why won't the dems let them inspect it? What are the dems hiding?

WHAT’S TRUE IN TRUMP-RUSSIA DOSSIER? KEY PARTS PROVED OVER LAST YEAR

Ever since, media reports, U.S. intelligence services and Mueller’s team itself have proven key parts of Steele’s dossier.

Here’s what we know to be true in the dossier, which has plagued Trump since before his presidency even began.

The Dems don't want the FBI looking @ the DNC servers due to the fact that DWS's IT guy ( Imran Awan ) was setting himself up ( and his family ) with STOLEN information from the DNC and other congresspeople he did work for in Congress.

BUT me thinks that Muller might find himself in hotter water over this:

Mueller eyes charges against Russians who stole, spread Democrats’ emails

WASHINGTON — Special counsel Robert Mueller is assembling a case for criminal charges against Russians who carried out the hacking and leaking of private information designed to hurt Democrats in the 2016 election, multiple current and former government officials familiar with the matter tell NBC News

Mueller's consideration of charges accusing Russians in the hacking case has not been reported previously. Sources say he has long had sufficient evidence to make a case, but strategic issues could dictate the timing. Potential charges include violations of statutes on conspiracy, election law as well as the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act. One U.S. official briefed on the matter said the charges are not imminent, but other knowledgeable sources said they are expected in the next few weeks or months. It's also possible Mueller could opt not to move forward because of concerns about exposing intelligence or other reasons — or that he files the indictment under seal, so the public doesn't see it initially.

Sometimes I feel sorry for these righties whose only source of information is Breitbart, Fox "news" and Rush Limbaugh. They are kinda missing two thirds of the story.

DNC asks court to order Trump administration to serve Russia with legal papers

The Democratic National Committee asked a federal court Friday to order the State Department to present a lawsuit to Russia that alleges election meddling on behalf of President Trump when he was running against Democrat Hillary Clinton in 2016.

If a federal judge agrees, the Trump administration would be compelled to serve legal papers to the Russian government and two other entities in the lawsuit the DNC filed in April. Russia routinely refuses to accept such notices that it is being sued, so a judge’s order to the State Department is required, the DNC filing claims.

The Trump-Russia ties hiding in plain sight

Trump's in-plain-sight embrace of Russia gets obscured by the Trump news avalanche. But long before running for president, Trump relied on Russian money. Trump also consistently defends Russia and attacks U.S. officials investigating Russia.

    SURPRISE Surprise

Democrats who attended the classified Justice Department briefing on an FBI informant who helped the Russia investigation have released a statement declaring “there is no evidence to support any allegation that the FBI or any intelligence agency placed a spy in the Trump campaign or otherwise failed to follow appropriate procedures and protocols.”

    MORE RUSSIA RUSSIA RUSSIA Meetings

At Trump Tower, Michael Cohen and Oligarch Discussed Russian Relations

Eleven days before the presidential inauguration last year, a billionaire Russian businessman with ties to the Kremlin visited Trump Tower in Manhattan to meet with Donald J. Trump’s personal lawyer and fixer, Michael D. Cohen, according to video footage and another person who attended the meeting.

In Mr. Cohen’s office on the 26th floor, he and the oligarch, Viktor Vekselberg, discussed a mutual desire to strengthen Russia’s relations with the United States under President Trump, according to Andrew Intrater, an American businessman who attended the meeting and invests money for Mr. Vekselberg. The men also arranged to see one another at the inauguration, the second of their three meetings, Mr. Intrater said.

Days after the inauguration, Mr. Intrater’s private equity firm, Columbus Nova, awarded Mr. Cohen a $1 million consulting contract, a deal that has drawn the attention of federal authorities investigating Mr. Cohen, according to people briefed on the inquiry.
