Cool Re: Allen wrenches out of the tool bag

It kinda depends on what type of territory you’re working in.

If you can get to your vehicle quickly and easily, make the load as light as possible, and keep the rest readily available in your car or truck.

If you’re working downtown, or any other area where getting back to the car would be impractical, then you need to be more of a pack animal.

I think the key here is to try to anticipate what you will need for each call, and have the appropriate tools and parts with you when you walk in.

It’s a balancing act, for sure.

Re: Allen wrenches out of the tool bag

I use a cart I found in the shop several years ago, better on the back and shoulders. When the wheels wear out( about every 3 years), I just head to Harbor Freight,(the big boys tool and toy store) and buy some new lawn mower wheels for about $6.00 each and away I go....
