    "Free Love Policy"

Just curious guyz. Is there a "free love policy" on your company?

-Ours? It's a BIG BIG NO. If anybody has a relationship within our company, one of them has to resign.

The company I work for has a lot of internal relationships going on between the employees. In fact, several marriages have resulted from such relationships. There is no policy for or against it. Only policy that comes close is one prohibiting unwanted solicitations between employees. Meaning if you ask someone out on a date and she says no, you better not ask again.

Never dip into the office pool.
Someone always ends up in the deep end without a life guard.

Just a bit of logic and common sense.
Why do they call it common sense?

If it were common, wouldn't everyone have it?

I worked at a company that had such a policy. The boss did not know that Jane and Jack had been dating. When they got married, he was faced with a tough choice. He would either have to " lay Jane or Jack off"

    HA!!!

I don't even know, but I would assume we don't as there have been office "romances" in the past. I think you have to disclose the info to HR though, so there is not any special treatment between superiors and underlings.

Not my cup of tea though. I don't want to wake up go to work and see the same person I just left. Or vice versa. I think it would be hard to let work at work. Besides, absence makes the heart grow fonder, right?

    Free Love Policy

no policy in my current job. I wouldnt do it, though because it leads to many problems. I had to change jobs and I didn't even date him! On the bright side, I prefer the job I have now, but I still wouldn't do it. My boyfriend doesnt know the first thing about printers and copiers.
