.... and they're defending the nation.

Makes for a good recycle copier disposal service. Drop all old copiers down to the local military gun range for target practice.
Allow all their frustration, targeting and disposal skills to come into good service all at the same time.

I know of one or two customers who would pay money to video their copiers being blown to bits; and have soul soothing satisfaction of sending the video back to the manufacture.
What if we could count the stars... , what number would you stop at...?"

Much Like an earlier post I had a Sharp SF-820 only a month old. Customer ran out of toner and poured a bottle of Savin liquid toner they had left over from their old machine. They were upset that their warranty nor their service contract covered the issue.. I loved how it mixed with the developer.

After reading this and the others about liquid toner being used in the wrong machine I am now aware I was not the only one to run into this sort of lunacy. You just have to wonder what they were using for brains when they poured a liquid into an obviously powder using COPIER CONTAINER.

Not a copier story but a very common complaint after electronic typewriters became more common place. Had quite a few mentally challenged customers ask why I could not install a spell check unit in their IBM selectrics because the IBm wheelwriter had a spell check feature.

Yeah, I had a Lexmark once that wouldn't print. The enduser had moved the machine from another location recently. I started by following the USB cable from the PC under the desk until it dead ended behind a file cabinet. Then I followed the USB cable from the printer around the desk, behind said file cabinet, back to the printer, and into the other USB port on the same printer. And there was no print driver loaded.

I'm just speculating here ... but my enduser may not have her networking certificate yet. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
