When you take down a screw and you fall into the printer ...

Screwdriver with magnet but sometimes it happens ...
And when it ends, you will never know its end (praying does not end in gears or the like)

Re: When you take down a screw and you fall into the printer ...

Years back I had an operation panel screw drop into a Mita DC-2055. It sat there undisturbed for 6 years. Then one day I needed to roll the machine away from the wall. The screw had been resting quietly on a live heat sink on the lamp regulator board. When I disturbed it the screw rolled over to the front frame and made some lovely fireworks.

Upon investigation I remembered the lost screw, and found a 75mm long trace missing from the board. As an experiment I soldered on a wire to bridge across the smoked trace ... and to my surprise it actually worked! =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
