Somewhere on the edge of the desert and ocean in the North West of Australia. Hehe. A rather small/large mining town called Karratha.

Look it up on Google Maps as Karratha, Australia, and see how remote places can get

Hahaha, yeah, i have a rather large service area. The farthest i have personally gone for a job was 300km away, 2 and a half hour drive there. So i only got the one job in the one day. I think the farthest customer we have is around 1,000km away, maybe more. For obvious reasons we dont go there very often, which is good. We gave them a low maintainence machine which doesnt need servicing often (they have been shown how to do basic maintainence because it costs them a few thousand to get someone there and back )

Overall our customers are pretty good. Government agencies like schools and the like are some of the better customers, and we have minesites galore here, who often need large copiers, and lots of them. Most of them are good to work around and with, so i really enjoy my work.

As for the hiring, heh, we are. I'm the only full time tech with this company at the moment. Do you like the heat ? Averages around 40C here all year, but humidity can get to around 80%, so it feels more like 60C.
