Too bloody many...

I'm predominantly office based and help out the field tech's when they get stuck, so I have to be in the office to cover them. So I start at 8:00am and I'm lucky if I get away by 18:00 but I do get an hour for lunch and can take a tea-break whenever I want, how ever many I want, so it's not too bad; and that Mon to Friday.

Im paid 8 hours a day no matter what and 1 hour for lunch. This summer has been brutal. You can only tidy up the office so many times. Last summer i was sent out on make work calls but 90% of the customers do not want you there unless the dam thing is broken. Didn't do that this year.

Summers are usually like this and once fall/winter hits it's go time and i can work 8-10 hours a day. I write in 8 hours a day. Give and take.

There is something to be said about having a flexiable and awsome service manager.
