This is the closest thing to what I have thats still available, but it doesn't look like it has the outside pockets. There's a couple other promising selections here though...

TSA World - Welcome
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Coke in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO-HOO, what a ride!".

Yeah, I'm pretty sure it's bulletproof.
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

My god, my back just groaned seeing that pic of that tool kit.
If I didn't know Blackcat and fixthecopier were such good techs and saw this case, I'd swear they were trying to overcompensate for some unknown deficiency or something. You guys are crazy to carry that monstrosity. I keep my big case in the car and take the small underarm type on most calls. If I need it, I can go back to the car and get it. I think I've only had to go 2 or 3 times to get something. Once I needed the ball peen hammer (usually freaks customers out when you take out that puppy), once a set of feeler gauges (worked on a dot matrix machine), and once I needed the soldering iron. My big case is only 5" thick and I've got most of the tools shown, but some of mine are smaller. I would never use the monkey wrenches at the sizes shown. Do you really use those?

These new softside bags that you can slip your laptop into look OK but the old ridged framed toolcases have one big advantage, you can sit on them!
After 25years in this game the knees arn't as good as they used to be and enjoy a bit of a rest.

There are not many places online that sell it and just forget about finding one in a store around here. Seems like a UK brand possibly maybe someone over there has one or knows about them?
I keep a pretty light tool kit and keep the lesser used stuff in the car. Right now my case is packed to he max (it's a small bag) probably weighs less than 15lbs.
And speaking of knees... anybody carry knee pads or one of those foam kneeling pads? I've been thinking about it but have no where to stuff one right now...
