I'm sure that I've forgotten far more than I could ever remember.

Starting in about 1993 I started collecting test page samples. In about 1996 I started a spreadsheet of fixes, mostly because the majority of the details slip away if not recorded somewhere. The nice thing about the spreadsheet is that all I need to remember is a few keywords or a jam code to pull up all the details, like the posts here. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Personally, I use the young guys in the shop to remember stuff for me.

It's odd how I remember useless stuff like IDDQD or DNKROZ but can't remember more useful stuff for my daily life.

As shadow said, Goose guide, it's a great knowledge base of problems and fixes for anyone working on Ricoh/Savin/Lanier/Gestetner products.

I just have trouble remembering where I put that damn Goose Guide pdf

My wife and I have been happily married for 25 years now.

She says: "You used to be able to answer any question that I asked you, now you need a computer."

I tell her: "Back then I was trying to impress you. If I didn't know the answer, I just made stuff up."

    Question

I used to be able to do a complete refurb on NP4080 in 3 days, now I wouldn't know where to begin.

Till I read this post I didn't realise just how much I have forgotten, and also ask myself "How much don't I know?"

You still have NP4080s out there?

    Ouch!
