Finally got rid of our last AR621. What a pain. I'm sure it was a good machine, but what a pain. I'm a happy camper. Just wanted to share. Bad news, I still have an AR650 in the field.

I'm sure you mean the AR651, and I'm in total agreement with you; we have only a few left out in the field.
There will always be a lack of support for re-branded machines, and the parts will almost always cost more.

Thanks for the typo correction. I had one similar when I worked for Imagistics that they had re-branded. I'm glad to see this one go.

Before we say a final goodbye to our least favourite machines, they are attacked with sledge-hammers, axes and the front-end of the warehouse forklift before it leaves on the scrap metal truck.

Its a great feeling.

We got rid of all the 651's a long time ago. Not worth the trouble.

You ought to try being a Toshiba dealer. The 3511 series color machines make you want to put the end of a pistol in mouth. The mono, believe it or not, was considerably better.
