If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I really want to thank the person who invented the Phillips screwdriver. If they had not done it, it would be a bitch taking all those Phillips screws out of copiers.

This thread ended up totally Fantastic! I've heard more positive, and funny things here than many other places on copytechnet. You guys ARE all fantastic. Yes we were all once beginners,,,,and I for one still am a beginner in many aspects of things. I guess it takes a little EXTRA time to remember to say please and thank you,,,,,but it seems that on the inside, most of us haven't forgotten how to say these things after all. Let us never make the "techies" and more experienced people out there feel used or neglected. They are important to us.

I hope everyone had a great Labor Day,,(in the USA) and hope everyone else just had a great weekend!

Just got back from vacation (no I did not go anywhere ) Thanks to everyone who helped me in the past and I hope I helped others. 'Cause we've all been there.
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Coke in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO-HOO, what a ride!".
