If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I've got a female side of me - I just found out I'm a complete lesbian!

I'm just an ex-tech lurking around and spreading disinformation!
I only met one female copier technician in 13 years working in the field. She was from another dealership, working on a different machine. She asked me if she could borrow a Phillips screwdriver...
But I'm trying, Ringo. I'm trying real hard... to be the Shepherd.
I hate to say it but I have found 4 female "technicians" and they are either extremely good or hideously bad. 3 of the ones I have come across were great and could teach many people on this site how to fix a copier, myself included. But the last was incapable of finding the screwdriver let alone using it... By the way she had 12 years experience when I met her during my 2 year in this field.

And Star Trek was just a tv show...yeah right!
Never yet met a female tech. I have always wondered why not as many women get into this job, I mean its not that labour intensive like some jobs that a woman isn't phsyically capable of. (that sounds really sexist, but I hope u all get what Im trying to say.) Best of luck in you're new position and dont give up!!
I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work. ~Thomas Edison
I was given the thumbs up and trained by a female tech. A pretty good looking one at that.
Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.
