Not sure it's weird - more a sign of the times....
Loom Bands - lots of them - dropped inside the machine - managed to get themselves everywhere - hard to find and even harder to remove some of them.
Obviously no one knew how they got there!!...despite most of the women in the office wearing bracelets made from them.....
Fake fingernail in the fuser.
Hey anyone seen my screwdriver w/ assorted bits? I think I left it in an HP scanner many moons ago.
Recently someone's bound appointment/note/calendar booklet stuck at the registration of a 601.
Had some unexplained oily soaked sheets found in a paper tray once......and they somehow managed to pass one through a 1312.
In both cases no one knew anything !!!
melted skittles around fuser. Emujo
If you don't see your question answered in the forum, please don't think it's OK to PM me for a personal reply...I do not give out firmware and/or manuals.
Powdered gecko in fuser sleeve.
I don't remember what model ... it was probably a 60ppm Canon ... was infested with box elder bugs. The high voltage units served as a built-in bug zapper, and any bugs so unfortunate as to drop onto the imaged paper got flattened by the fuser with a "Crunch!" and an oily stain on the paper.
