I agree....use a translate service.
Google translate is one of many.
There are even desktop translation programs out there.
Lookup babelfish translators as well... Web-Translation - by vendor - Babelfish.org
Some work better at some language conversions than others...depends on the language and dialect.
They are not perfect by any stretch, but they do help get the message across. If you are already familiar with the translated language, you can edit the output for any grammatical errors.

If you want a good laugh try this link. The Dialectizer It is for a dialectizer. It will change the dialect to a funny one like redneck.
I really think that, while a very nice idea, it wouldn't work. The fact is that (almost) all of the people that come over here have at least a vague grasp of the english dictionary - at least because they, being techs (supposedly), have to deal with english service manuals, english parts catalogs, english firmware updating procedures/programs, english schematics - you get my point.
On the other hand, other languages have much less users wandering about - the fingers on one of my hands alone would suffice for me to count the people that speak my language that come around this forum.
So, it's just a simple math problem: where am I more likely to get help for my problem? A forum with hundreds of english-speaking users online at any given time or a subforum with a total of four or five portuguese-speaking users who come around here only now and then?
Nevertheless I give some merit to that idea - at least for those few who can't handle english so well. If that idea goes forward, I'm glad to offer my services as moderator to the PT subforum.
Cheers!
