How do you dress for work? Long sleeves and tie perhaps
or do you get to wear your own clothe or maybe company uniform?

I typically wear dress pants and a shirt and tie. Even in our conservative state of Virginia we are seeing other professions lower the dress code. I think this can be a good thing because I am sick and tired of ruining so many clothes. My grandfather started our company after he worked for IBM and Remington Rand over 60 years ago and the dress code just stuck around.
With our other techs, I only suggest some form of dockers, etc. and a shirt with a collar.
I thought I was getting wiser as time went on... I now realize I am just getting older.
In the wintertime I just fall out of bed, put on a sweatsuit and walk across the hall to the office. Summertime I usually just wear a pair of shorts and socks no shirt.
Company supplied dress shirts with embroidered logo, short sleeve, no tie. Khaki (sp?) type pants.
I think I'm going to have nightmares tonigh!
I always wear jeans, and usually a shirt or a polo shirt. I never use tie, and plainly refuse to. Only time I used it was at my wedding, and I'm still trying to remember how she conviced me to - ripped it off as soon as I left the church.
