Canada, typically they're right on top of snow, however our problems where I live seem to be moreso that the HEOs (Heavy Equipment Operators) are pushing the snow right onto corners of streets and not giving adequate clearance to the curb, cutting our already small lanes down even further.

So top blind turning with the slush on the edges of the streets and no traction whatsoever in some places and what do you get?

One accident since the start of December. That's all.

Nobody else here has gotten into an accident, however it goes without saying that you can drive down any non-main highway road and count the SUVs and 4x4 trucks in the ditch, as they seem to be idiot magnets.

My girlfriend's dad always said that 4x4 just means you're 4x further in the ditch.

Although Cloud Computing can make you more productive from Home during snow days, it can not turn a screwdriver on a copier at a customer location.

Cloud suites combat snow clouds for business

There are, however, some nice Remote Access & Support softwares for like "Team Viewer" that you could work from home or for a location that is too far away to to drive to.

TeamViewer - Free Remote Access and Remote Desktop Sharing over the Internet
