Also, I want to give credit to Exok for giving me the solution. I added to his rep. Helping me fix it made for a great Friday. That' what I love about this site.

Today's challenge was a Kyocera FalconII (KM-3035) in which the separation roller was flopping around and giving me J11's. As you can see the post is missing ... or was missing:

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Panasonic DP-8035, and the older DP-3530. Almost every 1st print to come out of these machines had fuser junk on it. The toner would break off of the fuser web and transfer from the hot roller to the pressure roller, then to the first sheet of paper.
To fix this, we took a savin metal cleaning roller and mounted it to clean the pressure roller in the Panasonic.
This thread isn't getting enough love. Here are two of mine (when I remember to record them):

I had a Mx-3100 that the ptc kept giving me issues so I kracked open the unit and started digging around. Did you know if you use a metal screw for conductivity instead of a nicely folder piece of paper they work so much gooder.
