    I like it..

Vista was a big change for Microsoft with its user accounts control. I remember testing a beta of Vista and thinking this is the first Microsoft home OS thats worth buying.

Windows 7 improves on Vista by beeing a bit quicker and having some nice features.

I like 7, to me is the second best, right after XP.

Vista wasn't as bad as people put it, but it's understandable, after XP it would be hard for MS to repeat the success, kinda like buying a Volkswagen after driving a BMW.

I like Win 7 but some of my XP games will not run on it. Even after I put it in XP mode. Other than that it's great.
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Coke in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO-HOO, what a ride!".

Install your copy of XP inside a virtual machine (Virtualbox and VMWare both support some 3D acceleration). Works for me!

Well, I'm a power user and so far I'm not so pleased with it. But I bought a book on it last night so we'll see. My PC died last week and I had to go out and buy a new one on the spot. Dell couldn't send me one for 2 weeks, so I went to Best Buy and bought a new PC. Also a Dell. Time will tell.

You're a power user and you bought a book on it? No one ever told you about Google?

LOL That's the first time I've ever heard of that, too.
But I'm trying, Ringo. I'm trying real hard... to be the Shepherd.

I like Windows 7, best one after XP.

I had the same problem, and I lost. I still have XP.

I have a lot of trouble setting up scan to folder on Win 7, XP usually works.
