    Nice!

When i was on a training course the instructor had a funny story.

They were installing a 130 cpm Xerox. The area the customer was in had lots of rolling hills. He was standing outside off to the side of the big delivery truck waiting for the guys to unload it and heard a rolling that was getting faster. Just as he looked towards the back of the truck to see what was going on the bloody copier goes flying out the back of the truck, lands on it's side and turned into a accordion. Guess the guys parked the truck with the front going up the hill and once they unstrapped the copier it took off.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Wow....I guess recycling means a lot of different things in some places.

Here, we strip all the plastic panels, control boards, lamps, glass and drum/developer from the machine...basically, all metal goes to the metal recyclers, glass to the glass recyclers, plastic to the plastic recyclers and boards go to the electronics recyclers.

Ya know, I really hate it when that happens. But then, I don't have to clean up the mess. The delivery guys get that honour.

New Govt Environmental controls require the same procedures in my area as Stirton in Calgary.

It is extra work but while let all of that plastic, glass, metal and electronics fill up a landfill for 1,000 years.

Recycled? Looks more like our "harvest" parts facility.
