Any bright ideas on removing silicone oil marks from carpets and shirts as a customer managed to drip it when filling up a canon ?

Oh no it not easy, if on the floor it ok.
I use a blow-torch, myself. It also works on the machine.
The last open oil pan machine I worked on was a Sharp Bear, and I hope to God that I'll never see one again. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

call your local cleaning company and tell them what is on the floor. They have different carpet cleaning solutions to help clean this up as we have had this problem before.
Accidents don't just happen. They must be carelessly planned.
