1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Why do they call it common sense?
If it were common, wouldn't everyone have it?
Maybe the Donald (the putz) will jump on this bandwagon as well.
There are a lot of Moonbats out there. My wife knows one of the people that was there, and the only reason she wasn't was because I was in California at a friends funeral at the time. As an aside, there are people here in Tucson plant spray painted signs that say "WHAT ARE THEY SPRAYING? GOOGLE IT" about silly conspiracy theories all the time. I actually caught one of these people planting them once - he drives an old station wagon spray painted camoflage, with foil-lined windows, and all manner of conspiracy bumper stickers on the front, back and sides. Sad thing is he must have only been 25 or under. But, Tucson seems to be populated with all kinds of loons.
