We get sales leads but I do rarely as the machines are upgraded before I get a chance to have a look in. I know a bonus scheme would be hard to figure out. If it was based on recalls, RTF's and good calls they would be problems due to people getting crappy machines, bad customers and so on. Some one would always get the short straw. I was just looking for a somewhere which had a fair bonus scheme which worked so I could bring it up at the next meeting I have.
If it was the amount of calls I could bet safely that some guys would just wizz through the calls to get the numbers and not fix a machine well (some do that now without a bonus scheme). If it was on profit made by each person than some guys wouldnt fit parts to keep their costs down (which also happens now so it makes them look good and the idiot typing this has crazy costs per call gets poor stats on paper). Any thoughts or ideas are welcome.

Yes. I get bonus work when the sales staff jet off to Vegas or Puerto Rico twice a year.
Since i quit company, and work for myself , at least i can give couple days off as a bonus to me.
I think days off are better than money any day. glad you have the best of it and yes, im jealous
