What is the record for accordian jams pulled out of the fuser?

Everytime I get a call for "The copier keeps eating my paper", I find accordian jams in the fuser.
After years of pulling multiple sheets out of the exit claws I stated counting how many papers I had to pull out.
My highest is 10 letter size on a 75 CPM, and they called me after they heard noise from the "hot" area.
As you may have guessed it bound the heat roller so bad, it stripped the main fuser drive gear.
I now tell them that the machine can chew paper, but it can't digest it. It eats toner and electricity, it just Basically Moves paper.

    Can anyone beat 10?

I remember having a CLC-5100 where the paper was getting bound up in the inner delivery area for the better part of the day before they finally called in for service for a "grinding noise". I got there bright and early the next morning only to find 4 sheets around the upper roller, 3 more around the oil application, 1 around the metal roller that picks up the oil from the pan and 5 more all wadded up and jammed in the external heater assembly up top. It was a cluster @#$k. Spent 3 hours rebuilding the fuser, oil application unit and fixing drive in the back of the machine. Luckily we stocked all of the gears.
Accidents don't just happen. They must be carelessly planned.

Yes, once pulled 18 out of an Aficio 650 fuser. I had to actually slide in a thin piece of sheet metal between the copier frame and fuser so I could get the fuser exit door to go past the copier frame. I initially thought it was just a few, but after actually separating them I got a count of 18 full, undamaged (aside from the accordion folds) letter size sheets. One, two, a few perhaps but 18!?! Man, they really wanted that copy.

I could not say, there were so many and a lot of them were burnt down to brown crumbly scraps. All the Minolta techs know the dead zone after the fuser in a 450/470.

I once had a Kyocera 8026 (piece of junk) with glossy ledger size paper wrapped around the heat roller. Not sure how many pages it was (could not count them), but the heat and press rollers were separated by about 1/4 inch. It still made prints without jamming and actually fused parts of the prints (no fuser codes either). Took forever to cut that stuff off the roller without cutting the heat roller. Once I got it all off, it started working fine and I never changed the fuser.

I've had a Canon NP6060 roll up (10) onto the upper roller. I guess nobody thought to wonder where the jam went. Amazingly, the drive would still turn, nothing busted.
Or (4) ledger size in neat little 3mm accordions on a Copystar CS-8030.
Or 45 feet of web roller up onto the upper roller of another NP-6060. That one pulled a drive error.

    =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I was doing work at a bank one day. I changed the web on a old 50ppm Panasonic Analog. They had a jam and the web ripped off and some how came out the finisher on the next copy. They dragged it like 10 feet into the room. I started laughing when i saw that. Don't think they were to impressed.

After that event i started wrapping more web on the takeup roller.
