A customer just called for a error code.
I looked on my service manual and find it's a toner rotation / toner sensor problem.
I picked up a new toner bottle and a toner sensor and i went to my customer.
On my customer's office i talked with a person who had changed the toner bottle this morning, before was all ok and after the error code appears.
I spent half of an hour on testing the copier for the error pop up: after 30/40 pages the error appears.
I looked on the toner system and i look that is all ok.
I place my hand on the screwdriver for takink apart the toner sensor and...
THE TONER BOTTLE IS WRONG.
After i have pull out the wrong toner bottle and putted in the right, it's ok.
Please, Konica Minolta, write down the model on the toner bottle....
