We have been using these forums for only a short while in comparison to how long we've been in the industry. I was brought on board several years ago for support on the I.T. side of things. But don`t be a hypocrite by saying you would like to help people and then turn around and
criticize the very people who ask for your help.

Most of the people who ask for stuff here don`t speak our language well,

For someone to ask a question, they are easy to help out. When people start asking for access to secure technical site, service manuals and firmware, that is a completely different scenario in my book. While some members like to give out those things, which is entirely their decision, I don't.

This is especially the case when you get first time posters saying I WANT, I WANT, I WANT!!! What have they contributed to the site? What background do they have to qualify them to know how to install firmware correctly? Do they work in our industry and if they don't, then why are they here taking away from people that are trying to making a living from snorting toner and putting up with customers bullshit?
