Panasonic DP-8035, 8045, and 8060. Also DP-2330, 3030. They both use the same panel; #DZTE000044R.

Sorry for the delay Hans. Actually, in 5 years I've never changed one, but we know that there are environmental factors that make them fail sooner. FalconIII includes: CS-3050, CS-4050, CS-5050, KM-3050, KM-4050, KM-5050.

    302GR45040 Tablet
    302GR05310 Sponge LCD A
    2BJ25280 Sponge LCD B

    Only FalconIII machines AFAIK. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Now I'm confused. What goes to what?

Also, do all of the above touch panels have the same failure rate? Which one would be the most important to have in stock?

    Thanks

Furthermore some of our colleagues try to revive not responding Touch Panels by putting them in an oven at high temperatures. This all results in invisible damage to the thin plastic foil on top of the glass pane making a repair impossible.

For this reason we intend to supply in the future brand new aftermarket Touch Panels in such cases where repair is not possible anymore.

To offer a complete assortment for as many models we like to know once again which models from what manufacturers are suffering from not responding Touch Panels.

Kindly post here the manufacturers name and model knowing to have been affected.

    Many thanks in advance

Cat, a customer complained that the touch panel for the KM-3050 is not fitting in the KM-5050. Are there different versions perhaps?

    Thanks.

    Re: Touch Panels once again.....

According to the manual, no, they're the same. But like I say, I've never needed to change one.

What's more likely is that they either can't fit it due to inexperience, or it didn't fix the problem they were trying to fix (like an op panel firmware issue). =^..^=
