Panasonic DP-8035, 8045, and 8060. Also DP-2330, 3030. They both use the same panel; #DZTE000044R.

Sorry for the delay Hans. Actually, in 5 years I've never changed one, but we know that there are environmental factors that make them fail sooner. FalconIII includes: CS-3050, CS-4050, CS-5050, KM-3050, KM-4050, KM-5050.
302GR45040 Tablet
302GR05310 Sponge LCD A
2BJ25280 Sponge LCD B
Only FalconIII machines AFAIK. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Ricoh MP 2510/3010/2550/3350 : H310 9900???
Eric i taught the H310 9900 only worked on the 1035/1045/3035/3045 range and the newer 2550/3350 took D009 1488 Operation panel mod
Maybe i was giving the wrong info from Ricoh

Also, do all of the above touch panels have the same failure rate? Which one would be the most important to have in stock?
Thanks
Hans
Cat, a customer complained that the touch panel for the KM-3050 is not fitting in the KM-5050. Are there different versions perhaps?Sorry for the delay Hans. Actually, in 5 years I've never changed one, but we know that there are environmental factors that make them fail sooner. FalconIII includes: CS-3050, CS-4050, CS-5050, KM-3050, KM-4050, KM-5050.
Thanks.

According to the manual, no, they're the same. But like I say, I've never needed to change one.
What's more likely is that they either can't fit it due to inexperience, or it didn't fix the problem they were trying to fix (like an op panel firmware issue). =^..^=
