Reminds me of back in the day of the Ricoh FT4060.. You had to attach a funnel to the bottle then invert the bottle into the fill hole on the toner hopper.

    You're evil.

My daughter dumped a whole bottle of baby power when she was little - my wife tried cleaning it up with the wet/dry vac... setup for wet... I can only imagine the nightmare that would make with toner.

On the positive side, my house never smelled fresher.

They say a picture is worth one thousand words, so here goes...
    pic_110_clean_638.jpg

The Green Star: this is where to toner cart hit the floor. You can see this from the splatter pattern.
The Green Circles: the splatter pattern of the toner. If the toner cart hit closer to the machine, more toner would cover the front of the copier.
The Red Circle: most likely where the other end of the toner cart hit the floor.
The Red Arrows: the "smoking gun" if you will. The absence of splatter in this area would indicate that this is where the person was standing when the "incident" happened.

.....but it is just a theory.

You've been watching too many CSI type shows on the TV

Either that or he has done this before. Sounds like a first hand description.

So why did they call a tech?
Cleaning service would be more appropriate...

I have never watched an entire episode of any of those shows, I'm just observant.

You wouldn't be a good tech if you were not observant and being part detective.
