    Oldie but goodie

Browsing copiers on YouTube and I came across this video. Can't believe I haven't seen it before. Anyone else tempted to do this?

OMG! I think I pissed myself!

These are the exact thoughts that I have ... just before I edit them into something presentable. I'm sure sometimes my customers wonder about the delays in our conversation ( ... no. can't say that, ... no. can't say that, ... no. can't say that, ...) =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I'm thinking there should be a web site that's easy to type and gives you access to a pile of those messages so you can "accidentally" drop an "anonymous" card in a customer's machine that says something like Go to: www.fork-off.com/message4
