    Your preferred Method Of Destruction?

This started as part of the Happy New Year thread (With this post: http://www.copytechnet.com/forums/ra...tml#post332449 ), and I didn't want to hijack it, so here's the deal - Pick your least favorite machine and your most favorite method of destroying it, put them together and tell us the details.

Death by fireworks was my original idea, but there's plenty of more imaginative people out there...

A very slow death, a death of a thousand cuts, let our worst tech work on it, guaranteed never too work again!
At least 50% of IT is a solution looking for a problem.

There's some video on youtube of a car hitting a copier (similar to a Konica 7075 or a Ricoh 2060) head on and then flipping over - the copier won. I kept wondering "What if, instead of a car, they used a truck? Or a semi? Better yet, how about a train?"

I've seen footage of a semi being hit by a train and there wasn't much of anything left. A train hitting a copier would leave even less but knowing Murphy's Law the train would probably be derailed by a gear or something equally tiny!!!

Any Konica Minolta machine would do, company I used to work for had a military base for a client, we all talked about taking one out to the firing range, and let it be used for artillery pratice, or take a 50 cal to it.

I wouldn't mind taking a B240 SAW to a few machines we still have in the field.

Many years ago work let all the techs take a sledge hammer to a machine. I took my turn and was surprised I did not get much enjoyment. When my customers say I need a bigger hammer I say I like dynamite better.

lol, this is going to prove interesting............................

Konica Minolta BH200/250/350 - take it to the range and let lose on it with my 12g loaded with slugs
Ricoh 6513 colour - drop it on the train tracks and see what happens
Toshiba 5511 turbo, yes I know how old this machine is - drop it in the middle of the highway and hope that a semi nails it square on
Xerox M series - drop these from a very high rail bridge over a canyon and walk away
Lexmark Optra series - beat them with an 8lb sledge hammer
$hit Happens - Deal with it and move on.........................................................................Lock & Load
