    I'm generally entertained by illogic.

This particular illogic comes in the form of a new drink: Sunkist 10

Like all diet drinks they play the serving size bait and switch, claiming 10 great tasting calories per 8 fluid ounces when there are multiple servings per bottle, but there's an interesting twist. They seem so have invented some new math. In the 20 Oz bottle that I purchased there were 20 calories. Yes that's correct, 20 calories.

So either 16 of the fluid ounces had 20 calories and the remaining 4 fluid ounces had zero calories, or now 10 + 10 + 5 = 20

I'm generally pretty good at math, and I'm going to be seriously irritated if I am going to have to re-learn basic addition. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I'll break out my old Texas Instruments calculator from the 70's when I get home and see if the math has changed. But I suspect you may be correct that they have invented something new.
I know I should be ashamed of myself. Strangely though, I am not.

I did the math with an old slide rule I had laying around and their math looks good to me.

And for those questioning the math on Dr Pepper Ten's calorie count vs. the calories/ounce proclamations, we can thank the confusing calculations of the FDA's Rounding Rules, which oddly allow for drinks with less than 5 calories to report as "0 calories", while those with 50 calories or less need to round to the nearest 5 calorie increment — thus how the same drink can have zero calories in one size but non-zero calories in another. Confused yet? I know I am!

Re: I'm generally entertained by illogic.

    ... so anything from 15 to 25 = 20 when it's less than 50 fluid ounces.

So how may actual ounces is in the 20 fluid ounce bottle? I don't like it one bit. =^..^=
