    If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

    I remember being in the 2nd block of training in the army for biomedical equipment tech training...basically it was advanced electronics or what not....most people could not understand binary or hexadecimal at all....I aced it....instructors asked me how I grasped it so well....told them it was all those years using a Gameshark and what not cheating at video games....so I guess all those years of cheating and playing video games didn't go to waste...
