    Have worked in both private and institutional kitchens, and all of the private ones have been nasty. The only institutional one that was, was a military kitchen (they grow some big ass roaches in Texas, lemme tell ya)..... Still loved the SOS though.

    Yes, SOS properly prepared was quite good. Don't know how it got such a bad rap.

    Just checked and we have one in Bluewater, which is only 4 miles from me, maybe one day, if I have an urge to eat a burger, I may try it
