I've heard urban legends of soldiers coating bullets in pigs blood or bacon grease. Not sure if this is actually effective AT ALL in deterring Muslim terrorists or if it was ever really done. Quick google shows that there is a brand of swine-infused ammunition which advertises "there's pig in the paint" so I'm tempted to say it's not entirely legend.

If it does actually make any difference in deterring would-be terrorists I'd be amazed. I'd also want to have a word with any God / deity that's so black and white that it would send you to hell for being shot with pigs blood bullets. It's not like you choose who or what shoots you.
"Sorry, you've devoted your whole life to me, died a martyr, but there was some trace of pig in the paint. You're going to hell for that."

    Seriously?

Why do they call it "taking" a dump if you're actually leaving it. You're not taking it anywhere!!!!

I just spent a week taking it around with me. Little known fact about mountain climbing.

haha... Reminds me. One of my female cousins ex-boyfriends brought brand new set of polished aluminium mag-wheels for his hot car. He drove it into work for the first few weeks to show of the new shiny bling. Every morning the neighbourhood hound would graciously leave a telegram to all the other dogs as he lift his leg an pee's all over the shinny new mags. After a couple of weeks of this every morning, the guy starts fuming. Being a Telecom technician, he wired up one of the old phone exchange HV ringers to each of the mag wheels....

And you can work the rest out for yourself....

He did how ever inform me that the problem of the dogs deviot telegram delivery service was solved once an for all.

    True....

Heh, I had a problem like that when I was in High School, except my car then was a rusted out piece of crap (it's all I could afford then). I was about ready to hook an electric fence charger to the car, but luckily my Dad told me that was the stupidest idea I'd come up with so far, as that would have wrecked the alternator. I ended up parking in a place that dog never went.

Most people I have known who have had this problem with dogs used a Ford Model T ignition coil.

My primary school teacher had a mustang fighter plane ignition coil, he bought it to school for show&tell.... Whoa... It must have had NIB or SMCo magnets firing the coils, it kicked(correction flatten) every 1/4 turn of the rotor. From memory we could only turn it a 1/4- 1/2 of turn each time as the magnets were extremely strong.

We tested how much the HV kick could resist. We lined up 25-30 children hand in hand, a spark still left the finger of the last guy. Talk about break dance moves coming out of all the kids each pulse. Micheal Jacksons music video "Thriller" couldn't match the teachers ignition coil moves....
