I had a customer at a womens clinic decide to shake the bottle of toner for a Ricoh 2027 after she had taken the outer cap off. I think there is still toner embedded into the tiles on the floor.
Quite a few years back I had a number of analogs in the Department Of Social Services. I had just finished working on the Mita DC-4055 a couple of hundred feet away and had moved on to the next machine.
Across the room I see a 20-something african american young lady, dressed in white pleated skirt, white fluffy sweater, and white hose, with white 6" heels. I see her raise one of those heels and aim it at the overfull trash basket ...
Forty or fifty people in the room heard me yell "Don't! Stop!" ... but not her.
When the ziplock baggie filled with waste toner burst, her pleated skirt fluffed up. She was entirely black from the waist down, and mostly white from the waist up. After 10 or 15 seconds I thought "There's nothing I can do now." and went back to work. She began to cry.
I'm fairly sure that she never raised a 6" heel over a waste basket ever again. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
